Dentists
Dr. Logan Orr DDS BA
Dr. Logan Orr was born and raised on a family farm west of Lethbridge and attended school in Fort Macleod. Logan served a two-year full time service mission for his church in California in the Spanish language. This led to further education in Spanish and a position translating for the Canadian Armed Forces. Later, he married his high school sweetheart who was working as a nurse.
Dr. Orr received his undergraduate degree from the University of Saskatchewan, after which, he completed a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Alberta in 2018. He began his career in Taber, where he gained experience in pediatric, endodontic, and restorative dentistry. Later in Lethbridge, he continued in these fields in addition to fixed prosthodontics. He has particular interest in orthodontics and implantology and has recently completed additional education in these areas as well.
Logan and Sarah have 4 children. When time permits, he enjoys almost anything involving the outdoors and his family, including hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, and hunting.

Dr. James Evanson DDS
Dr. Evanson grew up in Taber. He married Jody Zobell from Vauxhall and they have raised 5 children. Dr. Evanson received his dental training from the University of Alberta. He graduated as the Gold Medal recipient in 1995 and began his practice at this location in Lethbridge in 1999. He practiced here for over twenty years until the practice was sold to Dr. Orr in 2021.
Dr. Evanson believes in conservative, aesthetic dentistry that provides the best treatment at the best price. He is a compassionate doctor who tries to provide care that is comfortable and affordable. He stands behind his work!
Dr. Evanson and his wife, Jody, love Southern Alberta. They are active members of the community. Jody is a well-known fitness professional in the city.
Dr. Evanson and his wife are currently out of the country serving a three-year full time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This assignment has taken them to Utah and is expected to be three years in duration.

Jane Chew RDA
I’ve been a dental assistant for 18 years, all of which have been here at this clinic. I spend my downtime golfing, hiking, snowshoeing or camping with my husband and our two dogs. I also love hanging out with my kids and 5 grandkids. My other hobbies include yoga, photography, reading and decorating. I have enjoyed working with our patients over the years and hope to continue seeing your smiles for years to come.
Jocelyn Clamp RDH
I bring over 18 years experience in Dental Hygiene to our office. I take pride in my work and enjoy my job. I am pleased with the transition Dr. Orr has made into our office and trust his expertise for all my dental needs.
In my off time I love to walk the coulees with my husband and our dog Odin. We have 4 kids, and a dog and a cat that keep us busy. My evenings are often spent taxiing kids to and from activities like soccer and football. I like to relax with a good book on my kindle. I enjoy home renovation projects and organizing. I love to learn new skills and look up DIY projects for ideas around the house and yard.
Tara Easthope RDH
As part of the team at 5th Ave dental, I love helping our patients achieve optimal oral health. I have been practicing dental hygiene for 8 years and graduated from Coastal Bend College in Beeville, Tx. Having healthy teeth and gums is integral to overall health and it is my goal to provide thorough cleanings with patient comfort in mind. My husband and I have four boys and we enjoy playing games, disc golfing, cycling and going to the movies.
Kelsey Smith
I was born and raised here in Lethbridge.
I worked in the insurance industry for many years before staying home to raise my kids. I am new to the dental industry but I am excited to learn more and see where that can take me.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time outside, running, travelling and spending time with my friends and 3 amazing kids.
Mickey Dumesnil
I have been a dental assistant for over 25 years. The last few years have been spent specializing in orthodontics. I recently made a move to Lethbridge to revisit my passion for dentistry and the variety it provides. I focus on building a strong patient relationship and making people feel comfortable and cared for. Dr Orr and his amazing team align with the integrity of dentistry, which is important to me.
In my off time, I enjoy spending it with my adult son, visiting with family and taking my dog for long walks. I stay busy with running, paddleboarding, reading and art projects.
Leah Holland
I have been a dental assistant for 18 years and have worked in almost every position in a dental office. I enjoy a mix of dental assisting chair-side and administrative tasks. I aim to work with patients to understand their needs to achieve optimal dental health. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and close friends.
